Delivery times

All orders placed on our site are prepared and shipped within 2 to 5 working days from receipt of payment.
Once shipped, delivery is made within an average time of:

• 48 to 72 working hours for mainland France
• 3 to 6 working days for the European Union
• 5 to 12 working days for the rest of the world

These delivery times are given as an indication and may vary depending on periods of high activity or circumstances beyond our control (customs delays, strikes, etc.).

Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number allowing you to follow the progress of your package.

Complaints and Returns

In the event of a problem with your delivery (damaged package, abnormal delay, missing or incorrect product), please contact us within 7 working days of receiving the package at the following address: contact@aidama.fr .

We undertake to respond to you within 5 working days maximum after receiving your request.

Aïdama offers you 14 days to return an item after receiving it. You will not be asked for a reason or penalty; you will only be responsible for the return shipping costs.

If this period expires on a weekend or public holiday, it is automatically extended until the next working day.

Returns Procedure

To return a garment or accessory, return it within 14 days of receipt to the address below:

The item must be intact: unworn, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. It must be returned in its original condition, accompanied by all documents, accessories provided and a copy of the invoice or any other proof allowing the order to be identified.

If the returned item cannot be resold, no refund will be issued. However, you may be able to return it, at your expense.

The refund will be made as soon as possible, and at the latest within 5 working days after receipt of the return.

Delivery costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight of the package, the destination, and the selected shipping method. Any customs duties or local taxes remain the responsibility of the customer.
