Our Hakama Skirt-Pants are inspired by the traditional pants of the same name, formerly worn by Japanese nobility in medieval times, then adopted in martial arts such as aikido or kendo. They offer a contemporary reinterpretation of this iconic piece in an asymmetrical version with 5 structured pleats providing elegant volume and a bold silhouette.

Adjustable with an elastic waistband and an adjustable drawstring, the Hakama skirt-pants, available here in a brown tropical wool, combine the versatility of trousers with the comfort of a skirt, featuring a fluid and light drape.

Upcycling: Our target is to repurpose deadstock fabrics to combat waste and contribute to a more circular economy. Each piece is produced from rolls discarded by major fashion brands, and the number of copies depends on the quantity of fabric available, implying a limited-edition distribution model.

Made in France: Out of environmental awareness and to ensure a strong human connection with our suppliers, we have chosen to produce locally. Thus, the design and all stages of manufacturing are carried out in the Paris region.
