FREESIZE

The Haomi is a wrap-over coat inspired by traditional Japanese garments, the haori and michiyuki. Reimagined in an oversized and elegant version, the Haomi coat embodies a modern vision of the overcoat, where cultural heritage and minimalist design meet.

Its wrap-over cut evokes the michiyuki, a formal Japanese coat, while its boxy volume and dropped shoulders recall the look of the haori. Designed as an everyday coat, it offers a loose and comfortable silhouette. Its oversized and rounded lapel allows for different styling of the piece (from a traditional 2-button jacket to a shawl collar). The horn buttons, made in Italy, emphasize the attention to detail.

Functional and adaptable, it features two patch pockets at the front, a tonal flap pocket, and two inside pockets. Button tabs at the back allow for waist adjustment, to adapt the volume according to body shape and desired style.

Crafted from a thick Italian wool tweed with a black and white herringbone pattern.

Upcycling: Our target is to repurpose deadstock fabrics to combat waste and contribute to a more circular economy. Each piece is produced from rolls discarded by major fashion brands, and the number of copies depends on the quantity of fabric available, implying a limited-edition distribution model.

Made in France: Out of environmental awareness and to ensure a strong human connection with our suppliers, we have chosen to produce locally. Thus, the design and all stages of manufacturing are carried out in the Paris region.
